• Lead and guide the order-to-cash team;
• Manage expectations by conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that you oversee the daily operations of the team;
• Generating reports on specific metrics such as cash allocation, credit management and other relevant KPIs;
• Identifying any opportunities to enhance reporting processes as an OTC Supervisor;
• Monitoring the Order-to-Cash processes to ensure efficiency;
